Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to have all our customers completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase. If requests is made pass the 14th day @ midnight. The return will have to be approved. 

    If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange.

    Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed, unused with tag attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

    We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Hats due to sanitation purposes.

    All items sold as "Sale" item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    There are no refunds or exchanges on International orders, unless the item is defective or a shipping error was made on behalf of DYRT LYFE.

    Merchandise purchased from other DYRT LYFE retailers not will not be accepted for exchange or refund you will have to exchange or refund at the location the purchase was made from. DYRT LYFE merchandise purchased on this webpage cannot be returned to other retailers.

    Once your return or exchange has been approved by DYRT LYFE you then have 10 day to send the item/s back. Any order received after this will be forwarded back to sender.

    Please allow 5 business days from the time your item/s is received in our warehouse for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will then be credited in the same manner of the original payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
